Hey there, I'm Ross.
I have a deep passion for helping you achieve your rugby performance and physique aspirations, I bring years of expertise to guide you on this transformative journey. My goal is to provide you with rugby specific workouts, that help you become a better rugby athlete. Let's unlock your full potential, overcome obstacles, and become a physically dominant rugby athlete together.
I have played semi pro and pro rugby in 5 countries for 16 years.
I was lucky enough to play out in New Zealand at a professional academy where I was coached by some of the leading rugby coaches and S&C coaches. I have also played in Australia, France, England and Wales.
I am now a semi pro rugby coach where I coach county level and a team throughout the season.
I am also an aspiring referee who is currently going through the levels.
So you can say I am a bit of a rugby nause and cover all aspects of rugby both past and present.
Therefore, I feel I am the best coach for you as I have knowledge of all angles to help you become the best rugby player you can be.

“Throughout lockdown with working as a GP is was pretty hectic, I let myself go and wasn't prioritising myself enough. I then got in touch with Ross as I knew his approach would be exactly what I was looking for and I'd need his direct but empathetic approach.

However, he devised a weights programme that I could do in my garage 3 times a week and made sure the sessions were able to get me maximal gains in a limited time.
