“Throughout lockdown with working as a GP is was pretty hectic, I let myself go and wasn't prioritising myself enough. I then got in touch with Ross as I knew his approach would be exactly what I was looking for and I'd need his direct but empathetic approach.

He understood my hectic schedule around work, having a family and how trying to incorporate health & fitness could be a struggle.

However, he devised a weights programme that I could do in my garage 3 times a week and made sure the sessions were able to get me maximal gains in a limited time. He also wrote me a personalised nutrition plan with the foods that I like and that I was able to incorporate with my family so we were able to all eat the same food. This was a game changer for us!

I was then able to incorporate my walks by taking my daughter and dog out, so it all combined nicely for me to make it work for me and my family.

I lost 10kg of body fat in 8 weeks and gained muscle mass. I felt more mobile, had more energy and taught me a lot so I could continue my health and fitness journey.
